We had a bunch of credit card points that we wanted to use that we'd been accumulating for a while now....like a couple of years. We've been checking out all of their rewards and finally decided that we should upgrade our pots and pans. I wanted to get rid of all the scratched teflon ones we had. So after much research and looking around...we settled on these:
Some Le Creuset cast iron! I'm so stoked. We got them on Monday and they're awesome. I also went ahead and got rid of any plastic cutting boards we had and replaced them with wood ones. Oh and we bought more wood spoons to cook with. I guess we're doing a little bit of eco-house cleaning.
